Sandra
has given her presentations for area hospice programs, retreats,
and workshops. In addition she has led worship for retreats
and meetings, and presented worship concerts for various churches.
She incorporates her poetry into presentations such as "Life
Lessons from My Piano Bench" and her music into her presentation
"From My Grandmother's Piano Bench", as well as
incorporating her daughter's guitar and vocals in presentations
such as "Leah", "Sarah" and the "Fragrance
of Christ". She also is an accomplished writer and uses
her writings and poetry throughout her presentations, teachings
and retreats.
In
addition she has presented programs at the district and state
conventions of Oklahoma Music Teachers Association and the
Enduring Spirit: Women As We Age conference in Omaha, Nebraska.
In
August of 2000 and 2001 she served on staff as piano instructor
and choral accompanist at the Williams Syndrome Music and
Arts Camp at Belvoir Terrace in Lenox, Massachusetts. In July
of 2001 she served on staff as piano instructor and musical
theater accompanist for the first Williams Syndrome Camp in
Lisniskea, Northern Ireland.

of 2001 she was rehearsal accompanist for Oklahoma Baptist
University's Oratorio Chorus presentation of Puccini's Messa
di Gloria and also participated in a faculty recital with
the OBU Faculty Piano Quartet. She has attended training sessions
for Cokesbury's Christian Believer and the Upper Room's Companions
in Christ and is currently leading a Companions group at her
local church. She presents teaching sessions and leads in
music at the Shawnee Wesley United Methodist women's retreats
each year. She has been a speaker for various churches, women's
groups, and groups of music teachers across the state of Oklahoma,
having spoken in Oklahoma City, Edmond, Elk City, Lawton,
Altus, Durant, Alva, Ada, Norman, McAlester, Ponca City, Weatherford,
Woodward, Shawnee, and Cherokee.
